The forums available at http://www.wingchun.com.au/forums are a publicly and freely available resource for current and prospective students of the Wing Chun Kung Fu system. While the administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material, it is impossible to review every piece of information which passes through our forum system. Therefore you acknowledge that submissions of any type made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not of the International Wing Chun Academy (IWCA) and hence the International Wing Chun Academy will not be held liable for the opinions or comments expressed by the users of these message boards (also referred to as 'forums'), regardless of their enrolment status at the IWCA.

By completing your registration at this forum, you are indicating that you acknowledge and agree to ALL of the following points:

1. The IWCA is a privately owned and operated martial arts school,

3. Students, instructors and representatives of the IWCA are indicated by a special title which appears below their forum 'nickname',

2. Submit any form of slanderous material regarding the IWCA or any other martial arts organisation / teaching body,
3. Make any claims regarding your enrolment at the IWCA unless you have been verified as a current student of the IWCA (see below),
4. Promote or disclose details (such as company names, personal names, email addresses, phone numbers, website addresses, physical addresses or other contact information) of other martial arts / self defence organisations / teaching bodies besides the IWCA,
   1. Note: All off-site files (videos, images, etc...) must be linked directly. Do not link to pages containing these files. Posts which attempt to exploit this in order to gain exposure for another martial arts organisation / teaching body (i.e. posting watermarked material) will be deleted immediately.
   2. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CREATE DISCUSSION ABOUT NON-IWCA MASTERS OR SPECIFIC LINEAGES. This is not only to prevent advertising and lineage fighting; it's also to protect your lineage and your master from being unfairly scrutinised in the case that you are not qualified to represent your master or lineage in such way on an online forum.
5. Discuss martial arts or fighting styles / systems other than Wing Chun Kung Fu,
6. Create threads (or new topics) with the intention of discussing martial arts or fighting styles / systems other than Wing Chun Kung Fu,
7. Advertise any product or service,
8. Harass, abuse or personally attack other users of this forum,
9. Attempt to reopen locked, closed or deleted topics,
10. Protest against the actions of forum personnel,
11. Run multiple accounts,
12. Attempt to circumvent forum restrictions which have been put in place by the administrator, such as the censorship filter,
13. Spam, mass message, or in any other way try to interfere with the forum's accessibility,
14. Attempt to deliberately steer a topic away from the original thread's intended discussion,
15. Edit your previous posts in a thread which have been responded to by other users so as to render the thread's overall discussion incomprehensible or alter the meanings of others' submissions as intended by their original authors,
16. Post 'hearsay' or make posts on the behalf of others,
17. In any way encourage another user to violate any of the terms stated above.

It is entirely up to the moderators of this forum and ultimately the administrators to decide whether a breach of these rules has occurred.

Note: In the above document, Wing Chun refers to the Chinese martial which is also referred to as 'Wing Chun Kung Fu', 'Ving Tsun', 'Ving Tsun Kung Fu', 'Ving Tsun Gung Fu', 'Yong Chun', 'Uin Chun'. The term 'IWCA' is an abbreviation for the 'International Wing Chun Academy'.
